1. Your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you need a parent or guardian's permission to play.

You are responsible for your account and everything that happens on it. Keep your password safe and never share your login details. Each account is for one person only, and accounts may not be sold, traded, or transferred.

2. Playing fair

When you play, you agree to follow our Rules. They are part of these terms and describe what is and isn't allowed in the game.

3. Virtual items and progress

Items, supplies, experience, levels, and other in-game content exist only within the game. They have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not your property. We grant you a limited, personal right to use them while you play.

4. Changes to the game

GRID 2045 is a living game. We may change, rebalance, add, or remove features, robots, items, and values at any time to keep the game fair and fun. Some changes may affect your character or progress.

5. Availability

We work hard to keep the game running, but we can't guarantee that it will always be available or free of errors. The game may be paused for maintenance or updates, sometimes without notice.

6. Suspension and termination

We may warn, restrict, suspend, or delete accounts that break these terms or our Rules. You can stop playing at any time and delete your account from the account settings.

7. Limitation of liability

The game is provided free of charge and "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data, progress, or virtual items, or for any indirect damages arising from your use of the game.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will let you know in the game or on the news page. By continuing to play after an update, you accept the new terms.
